Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Manager to join our team at Sosemo, a distinguished digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and have prior experience as a developer.

The Technical SEO Manager will function as a liaison between the technical, marketing, and SEO teams, guiding client and partner development teams to be proactive in site development and post-launch optimizations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing technical SEO best practices, leading SEO technical audits, and working closely with clients and partners to QA that SEO recommendations are properly implemented.

The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a 4-year college degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or a related field, and 3+ years of working experience in an SEO role.

Strong teamwork and team-building skills, as well as a strong ability to synthesize insights from data to drive decision making, are essential for this position.

  • Develop and implement technical SEO best practices, guiding Client and Partner development teams to be proactive in site development and post-launch optimizations.
  • Lead SEO technical audits to identify new opportunities to unlock organic search potential and drive broader search strategy.
  • Work closely with Clients & Partners to QA that SEO recommendations are properly implemented.
  • Analyze keyword research to synthesize strategic insights and opportunity to drive visibility and new content creation.
