New Business Development Lead
">This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a New Business Development Lead. As part of our Insurance division, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities for a pioneering InsurTech provider.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing and closing large Insurance software deals
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Working closely with the proposition team, delivery, legal and marketing disciplines within the organisation
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience selling application software solutions
- Deep understanding of the UK (Re)Insurance market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
