This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a New Business Development Lead. As part of our Insurance division, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities for a pioneering InsurTech provider.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing and closing large Insurance software deals
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Working closely with the proposition team, delivery, legal and marketing disciplines within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience selling application software solutions
  • Deep understanding of the UK (Re)Insurance market
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
