New Business Initiatives Lead

We're seeking a results-driven New Business Initiatives Lead to join our team at Cluttons LLP. As a senior member of our business development team, you'll lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our Head of Business Development and Marketing to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys developing and implementing business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities in our CRM system
- Providing regular updates to the business team and Head of Business Development and Marketing
