About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Programme Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engaging activities that bring joy to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and promote community engagement.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents to help them build confidence and social skills.
  • Work closely with the care home team to ensure seamless delivery of care and activities.
