Supporting Individuals to Live Independently

As a Personal Care Assistant (PA) with Independent Living Alternatives, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to disabled individuals, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring your support to meet their individual requirements.
