The Educational Guidance Service invites applications for a Student Empowerment Coach position. As a Student Empowerment Coach, you will empower students with disabilities to reach their full potential and navigate higher education successfully.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering student-centred support services
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions
  • Collaborating with academic staff to develop inclusive curriculum materials
  • Engaging with students to understand their needs and preferences

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A strong background in special educational needs and disability support
  • Extensive experience working with students with ASC and associated mental health conditions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
