IT System Administrator

Proclinical is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work environment and can be based anywhere in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Corporate IT Help Desk: Respond to tickets and meet SLA requirements.
- Support Employees and Partners: Provide assistance with IT systems, applications, and networks.
- Contribute to IT Projects: Deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and effective IT solutions and services.
- Maintain Corporate Networks: Ensure firewalls, WiFi, and VPN are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board: Conform to Change Management policy and process.
- Establish IT Processes: Document and maintain consistent processes and policies for managing information and business systems.
- Provide IT Training: Offer regular communication and training on IT and business systems.
- Support Business System Procurement: Assist with procurement, setup, configuration, and training of new business systems.
- Contribute to IT Culture: Foster a culture of continual improvement and efficiency within IT and business systems.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Ensure all work is risk assessed and quality, regulatory, and legally approved.
- Handle Complaints: Handle complaints calmly and courteously, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
Requirements:
- Experience with SaaS and IT Helpdesk.
- Corporate network administration, including firewalls, switching, WiFi, and VPN.
- Experience working within and improving IT policies and processes.
- Managing, upgrading, and maintaining Windows PC, Laptop, and Server environments.
- Cisco networking, practices, and principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
- IT-related qualification.
