About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at Plutus. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our end-users, ensuring seamless access to technology resources and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure, deploy, and maintain company Apple Macs and other Apple products for new and existing employees
  2. Manage and maintain our IT asset inventory
  3. Administer SaaS applications and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems
  4. Oversee Cloud Estate Management in AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal performance and security
  5. Support the roll out of new SaaS applications and assist with projects as needed
  6. Collaborate with the team to obtain Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation each year
  7. Provide 3rd Line assistance for internal tools and products, resolving complex device-related issues
  8. Conduct staff IT inductions and training, ensuring employees are equipped to use our technology effectively
  9. Assist in compliance with ISO27001, ensuring our data and systems are secure
  10. Manage our DLP solution, protecting sensitive information and preventing data breaches
  11. Design and manage our on-prem network, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance
Requirements
  1. System Administration/IT Support experience, with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting
  2. Experience with MDM and identity access management, ensuring secure access to our systems and data
  3. Keen interest in security, staying up-to-date with the latest threats and technologies
  4. Experience supporting MacOS devices, with a strong understanding of their configuration and maintenance
  5. Willingness to learn and self-study, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing IT landscape
  6. High-level problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
