IT Systems Administrator Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Ten Live Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our end-users, ensuring seamless access to technology resources and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT growth plans and create strategies to ensure efficient and effective systems administration
  • Provide technical assistance and support across European operations
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux systems, Microsoft O365, and network architecture
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including Windows and Linux troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support and systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft O365, and network architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical certifications, such as Network+, Sec+, or MCSA
  • Experience with DUO multifactor authentication and other security measures
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
