Job Summary
The Senior Administrator - Systems is a key role within the Health & Social Care Department, responsible for the effective configuration, operation, and maintenance of client management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to system development, implementation, training, and audit within Adult Social Work and Social Care.
- Carry out quality checks and audits to ensure data, information, and client records meet the required standards.
- Extract and present information for reports to support service delivery and planning.
- Utilize administrative skills in a team-based environment, with a working knowledge of client management systems.
- Develop and maintain organizational and planning skills to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in an administrative role within a team-based environment.
- Working knowledge of client management systems.
- Knowledge of services within Health & Social Care and experience of setting up client record systems.
- Proven organizational and planning skills.
