- Work closely with the marketing team to create innovative collateral and maximize the use of communication channels to support the sales strategy.
- Form strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to leverage business opportunities and expand our network.
- Generate sales leads through proactive networking, including attending industry events, networking, and in-depth research.
- Identify new opportunities that align with our strategic direction and engage with key decision-makers to establish their needs and align our offering.
- Present a robust commercial business case to justify any deviation from the business strategy.
- Document sales activity, lessons learned, and handover to sales operations and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain contact with clients to assess the quality of service delivery and refer any issues to the appropriate stakeholder for resolution.
- Foster an effective and lasting relationship with clients, remaining curious about their business and increasing knowledge and understanding of their opportunities and challenges.
- Experience in new sales business gained in a professional service sales environment, not product.
- Experience in selling services in the hospitality sector, preferably hotels.
- Strong network in the hospitality sector.
- Significant experience of the full sales cycle and new business development.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the strategic sales process and retention approaches.
- Experience of using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Driving license.
