About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ergonomist to join our team at Morson Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ergonomics and a passion for improving workplace safety and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ergonomic assessments, providing recommendations for improvement, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough ergonomic assessments of workstations and processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
  3. Provide training and support to employees on ergonomic principles and practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, or a related field.
  2. Experience in conducting ergonomic assessments.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits: £45,000 per annum, plus benefits package including pension scheme and life insurance.
