About Optima Health
We are the UK market leader in Occupational Health and Wellbeing services, committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the UK workforce. As a Workplace Wellbeing Advisor with Optima Health, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of wellbeing in the workplace, while also providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering wellbeing programmes and initiatives that promote employee health and wellbeing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their wellbeing needs and develop tailored solutions to address these needs. Your role will involve conducting workplace assessments, developing policies and procedures, and providing training and support to employees to promote a culture of wellbeing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health.
  • Current NMC Registration.
