Job Title: Specialist Support Worker for Children and Young Adults

Location: London Local Authority

Contract Type: Interim Contract (With View to Extend)

Estimated Salary: £27,000 per annum (Based on 1-2 days on site per week)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Support Worker for Children and Young Adults to join our team at Baltimore Consulting Limited. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to the Local Authority with their case load of people from 0-25 years old.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist support to the Local Authority with their case load of people from 0-25 years old.
  • Processing Annual Reviews – You will be required to complete all statutory assessment processes and all EHC case work.
  • You have an associated caseload that you will take ownership of throughout the contract.
  • To ensure equality of opportunity for all children and to maintain good communication links with parents, other services and agencies.
