Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our client's Customer Service Scheduling and Delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of field and contact centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule customer-appointed and proactive work for field technicians and repair crews
  • Liaise with customers, highway authorities, and field staff teams to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with local regulations
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their work requests, explaining the necessary steps to ensure their satisfaction
  • Adhere to service levels that meet customer and company expectations
