**Business Development Manager Canada Role Overview**

Six & Flow, a dynamic sales team based in Toronto, Canada or surrounding areas, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager. As a key player, you'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships & Country Manager to identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.

This critical role will involve identifying and nurturing business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth for Six & Flow. You'll be the first point of contact with new clients, developing and nurturing those contacts into real sales opportunities.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can expand our market presence, aid in growth mission engagement, and convert inbound leads. The ideal candidate will self-source prospects through targeted outbound and build relationships with our partner's sellers.

We prioritize our team's growth and well-being, offering support and development opportunities. However, you must be KPI-focused and not afraid to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients using online research, networking events, partner channels, and industry insights.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, meetings, and sales.
  • Segment and manage your prospect lists.
  • Engage with inbound leads, converting them into opportunities and opportunities into clients.
  • Outbound prospecting in defined sectors to engage decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and align our services with their needs.
  • Attend events and represent Six & Flow as a brand.
  • Presents the value proposition of Six & Flow's services to prospects, effectively showcasing how our solutions address specific pain points.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities within the Hubspot CRM.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing relevant information and insights to facilitate their decision-making process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to tailor conversations and presentations.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3-year B2B sales experience.
  • A passion for sales, marketing, and building relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients, prospects, and partners via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles operating under various sales methodologies like MEDDPIC, SPICED, and Challenger Sale.
  • Familiarity with tech/SaaS concepts and marketing principles such as inbound marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport and trust quickly.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
