Senior Sales and Partnership Manager

Insight Select is a leading provider of [industry services] in Leicester, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions to its clients. As a result of continued growth and success, we are now seeking a Senior Sales and Partnership Manager to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and presenting business plans to clients, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service
- Prepare and present business plans to clients and stakeholders
What You'll Need
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
