Contract Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Advisor to join our client, a leading Global Leader in Engineering and Construction business for the Offshore Energy Sector.

The role involves the deployment of Contract Management activities for a new offshore pipeline project.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Review and Qualification: Review and qualify different types of Contracts, including Engineering, Construction, Transportation and Installation Contracts, and associated Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Restrictive Use Agreements; Heads of Agreement and Nominated Subcontractors Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.
  2. Workload Management: Manage the workload in coordination with Tendering and Commercial functions, collecting inputs from other functions, especially Insurance, Tax and Finance.
  3. Contract Summaries and Reports: Prepare Contract Summaries and draft Conformity Reports on a project-specific basis.
  4. Legal Instruments and Correspondence: Draft legal instruments and correspondence.
  5. Legal Research: Perform legal research.
  6. Support to Company Functions: Assist all Company functions with legal and contractual matters in coordination with relevant corporate functions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Candidates must have proven experience in Contract Management.
  2. Offshore Operations Experience: Offshore operations experience is essential.
