Job Title: Contract Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Advisor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and qualifying contracts, managing workload, and preparing contract summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and qualify contracts, including engineering, construction, transportation, and installation contracts
  • Manage workload in coordination with tendering and commercial functions
  • Prepare contract summaries and draft conformity reports
  • Negotiate contractual instruments with counterparties
  • Draft legal instruments and correspondence
  • Perform legal research

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management
  • Experience working for an offshore installation contractor is preferred
  • Offshore operations experience is essential
  • Must have the existing right to work in the UK
