Contract Advisor Opportunity at ARM Energy Division

ARM Energy Division is seeking an experienced Contract Advisor to join our team. As a Contract Advisor, you will play a key role in the deployment of Contract Management activities for a new offshore pipeline project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and qualify or draft different types of Contracts, including Engineering, Construction, Transportation and Installation Contracts, and associated Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Restrictive Use Agreements; Heads of Agreement and Nominated Subcontractors Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements;
  • Manage the workload in coordination with Tendering and Commercial functions, collecting the inputs from the other function, especially Insurance, Tax and Finance;
  • Prepare Contract Summaries and draft Conformity Reports on a project-specific basis;
  • Draft legal instruments and correspondence;
  • Perform legal research;
  • Assist all Company functions with legal and contractual matters in coordination with the relevant corporate functions.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must have proven experience in Contract Management;
  • Experience working for an offshore installation contractor is preferred;
  • Offshore operations experience is essential;

ARM Energy Division is an established Global Leader in Engineering and Construction business for the Offshore Energy Sector. We offer a competitive salary and a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The contract is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
