Contract Advisor

ARM is seeking an experienced Contract Advisor to join our Energy Division, supporting a Global Leader in Engineering and Construction for the Offshore Energy Sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and qualify or draft various contracts, including Engineering, Construction, Transportation, and Installation Contracts, as well as Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Manage workload in coordination with Tendering and Commercial functions, collecting inputs from other functions, especially Insurance, Tax, and Finance.
- Prepare Contract Summaries and draft Conformity Reports on a project-specific basis.
- Draft legal instruments and correspondence.
- Perform legal research.
- Assist all Company functions with legal and contractual matters in coordination with relevant corporate functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Contract Management.
- Experience working for an offshore installation contractor is preferred.
- Offshore operations experience is essential.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a competitive rate and hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). The role is based in South West London and offers a unique chance to work with a leading company in the Offshore Energy Sector.
