Child Care Solicitor

LAW Absolute are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Law Specialist to join their busy department on an interim basis.
The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and have a proven track record in:
- Childcare Law matters
- Advocacy before Courts
- Expertise in dealing with a wide range of matters including:
- Conducting advocacy on behalf of the Council at courts and tribunals
- Handling a complex caseload of childcare matters
- Representing the Council in legal proceedings concerning children in the Family Court
- Advising, negotiating and drafting legal documents
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The pay rate for this position is between £45-55 per hour, and the council offers a hybrid working environment.
The local authority is looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of childcare law and the ability to work independently.
