About the Role

Dimensions is looking for Support Workers to join our team in Warrington, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism in their supported living homes. As a Support Worker, you will empower people to live their lives as they choose and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Engage in activities with service users, including shopping, going to the cinema, enjoying meals out, and going on walks.
  • Support people to maintain their independence by empowering them to make choices and decisions about their lives.

Requirements:

Able to work 24-hour shifts, including sleep-in shifts. A full UK driving license is essential for this role. You must be patient, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
