Job Description

**About the Role**

Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading digital recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Bing Ads, as well as App Marketing and Affiliate Marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
