About the Role

F S People Ltd, a leading Financial Services recruitment specialists, is seeking a highly skilled Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial to achieving the company's ambitious marketing objectives, including increasing organic enquiries, enhancing brand awareness for both the UK and international offices, and improving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement a content strategy that drives growth and engagement through effective content creation and management.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and send targeted email campaigns to subscribers and prospects.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, English, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving growth through content and digital marketing strategies, experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, excellent writing and editing skills, and strong visual sense for designing or guiding the creation of graphics and videos.
