About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle, a leading digital agency based in the south of London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives
- Lead client relationships, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Prepare and present regular campaign reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO and PPC
- Ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content
- Proficiency in relevant campaign tools, including Google Suite and Hubspot
