An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated HR/OD professional to make a lasting contribution to the development and stability of the Trust.

The role will support our division of Trust Services and the Human Resources Business Partnering team with specific aspects of the delivery of the Divisional objectives, working closely with the management teams and the HR Services function.

  • Support the delivery of the division's organisational development objectives and plans;
  • Work with the Leadership, Management and Coaching and Organisational Development team to develop managers within the division;
  • Be an advocate for improving staff experience and support the delivery of the division's wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion programmes;
  • Upskill, coach and develop line managers to drive improvement in key performance areas;
  • Support the divisional management team and line managers with complex operational and employee relations issues;
  • Maintain oversight of all casework in the division;
  • Support the divisional management team in planning for significant organisational change.
