We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Organisational Effectiveness team, responsible for leading a team of HR consultants in developing and delivering organisational effectiveness and employee experience projects.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of HR consultants to deliver organisational effectiveness and employee experience projects, including the development and implementation of employee lifecycle initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective utilisation of HR systems and processes.
- Develop and implement change management plans and organisational capability building initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Work with the Strategic Workforce Planning team to understand competency skill gap analyses and develop associated interventions.
About You:
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team and leading organisational effectiveness projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate commercial outcomes.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management plans and organisational capability building initiatives.
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
