Role Summary

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that requires a strong understanding of the Apprenticeships and Employability sectors. As an Employment Development Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with businesses to promote our clients' offerings, developing and maintaining employer relationships, and managing daily output using internal CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and engage with businesses to promote Apprenticeship programmes.
  2. Develop and maintain employer relationships, maximising opportunities for learner starts.
  3. Manage daily output using internal CRM systems.
  4. Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer needs.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
  6. Report sales data and insights on a regular basis.
  7. Maintain knowledge of policy changes, funding changes, and relevant business expectations.
  8. Work towards and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
  1. Experience in an employer engagement or business development role in the Apprenticeships or Employability sectors.
  2. Ability to overcome objections.
  3. Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
  4. Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
  5. Confident, friendly, and professional manner.
  6. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  7. Flexibility with travel.
Benefits

As an Employment Development Specialist at KM Education Recruitment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 + uncapped bonus potential.
