Job Summary

This Leading Care Coordinator role is based at our service, Woodland Court, in Caterham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our services, ensuring a high standard of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing staff to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the Health and Social Care sector
  • Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
