About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to support young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) gain skills and confidence in and outside the classroom.

As a SEN Learning Mentor, you will provide tailored support to learners with SEN, both in the classroom and during practical driving lessons. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young people with SEN.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Build rapport and trust with learners quickly.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability, thinking on your feet and problem-solving.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Be DBS checked.
