About the Role:

We are an established education agency looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Plymouth.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation
  • Monitor student progress and report any concerns to teachers or senior staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable
