Job Opportunity: Service Advisor Position at Prestige Main Dealer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a prestigious Main Dealer in Epsom. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless vehicle servicing experiences, and working closely with our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in your duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Dealer Standards: Adhere to dealer and manufacturer standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer systems and extremely organized.
- Main Dealer Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Main Dealer setting.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum.
- Generous Bonus Scheme: Eligible for a generous bonus scheme, up to £10,000 per annum.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am - 1pm.
