About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the Suffolk Better Care Fund programme, taking the lead in delivering recommendations to improve the use of the fund.

You will work with senior leaders across the health and care system to identify new opportunities for joint working, establish strong governance and performance management for the BCF and the schemes it funds.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and expertise of the Better Care Fund and health and social care integration, as well as strong skills in programme and performance management.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a range of benefits, including up to 29 days annual leave entitlement, membership of a competitive pension scheme, and performance-related pay progression.

Key Responsibilities:
