We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join our esteemed care home in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated healthcare professionals to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents with various physical and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Care Planning: Assess, plan, and implement tailored care plans for residents to ensure their dignity, rights, and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide compassionate and responsive care to residents with diverse health requirements, utilizing strong clinical skills and a caring approach.
- Leadership and Support: Lead and support care staff to guarantee compliance with regulatory and care standards, promoting a supportive work environment that values expertise and contributions.
- A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in elderly care, dementia, or learning disabilities is advantageous but not essential.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
