Children's Healthcare Professional

First Option Healthcare is a trusted healthcare provider dedicated to delivering bespoke care and support to young people in their family homes. We are currently looking for a Children's Healthcare Professional to join our Complex Care Community Team.
Responsibilities:- Providing complex care to children in community settings, including administering medications and performing other essential nursing tasks
- Working closely with clients and their families to develop individualized care plans that meet their unique needs
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring seamless communication with other healthcare professionals
- Supporting clients outside the home, such as during medical appointments or family trips
This role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience working with children with complex needs within the last two years. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
