Job Overview
Oxford-based Academics Ltd are seeking a motivated Graduate to fill the role of SEN Teaching Assistant. As part of their team, you will provide support to children aged 4-11 with social and emotional mental health needs.

In this role, you will work closely with trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists to ensure the highest quality of care and child-centred support. If you have a passion for Psychology or Counselling, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
