About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with complex emotional and mental health needs, including trauma, anxiety, and attachment disorders. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop personalized support plans, ensuring each student receives tailored guidance and care. Utilizing restorative and therapeutic practices to promote positive behaviour and social skills among students.

Requirements:
A graduate degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling, with a strong foundation in child development and mental health principles. Proven experience working with children or vulnerable adults, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A non-judgmental and empathetic approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
