Job Description:
This is an amazing opportunity to provide specialized and tailored support to students who struggle with severe SEMH needs. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will engage with students, ensuring they receive a good blend of education and interventions.
- You will support students in developing emotional awareness and social skills, as well as conflict resolution strategies.
- Implement individualized therapeutic strategies to address each student's unique needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with SEMH students or individuals.
- Strong understanding of child development, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
