We are a leading developer with a strong commitment to building our brand and expanding our land holdings across the Oxfordshire to Cambridge corridor.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on joint ventures, subject to planning, unconditional acquisitions, and outline schemes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating due diligence preparation and reviewing development appraisals
- Liaising with the Finance team and ensuring clear communication between all parties
- Manging deal completion to maximise each one's potential
- Working alongside the Land department to assess planning prospects
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
