Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our New Business sales team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Update our CRM system with accurate account management data, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our internal teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Bonus Scheme: Enjoy a guaranteed bonus of £250 per month for the first 6 months, providing a solid foundation for your career growth.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible working arrangement, with office hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements.
