Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at the Culina Group. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Knowledge of the logistics/warehousing industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Strong IT and administrative skills including the use of Excel and WMS to produce reports and data analysis
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence at a senior level
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
