At Utility Bidder, we're on a mission to become the number 1 energy broker within the UK. Our team helps business customers find the best energy tariffs from a panel of major suppliers, navigating the right product and saving the customer costs on energy prices.
We're growing fast and looking for a talented individual to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business customers, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential business customers through various channels
- Generate and qualify leads, turning prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills
Benefits:
- Base salary £22,385 per annum + uncapped commission. (OTE £30 - £40K)
- Guaranteed commission for first 6 months (£250 gross per month)
