We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Specialist to join our Nurse-led Team, providing care and support to clients with complex needs in the Norfolk area.

You'll be working with clients who require neuro rehabilitation, enabling them to leave hospital environments and receive care in their own homes. Your role will involve supporting individuals with conditions such as epilepsy, stroke recovery, acquired brain injury, and PEG feed.

As a Care Specialist, you'll be a lifeline for our clients and their families, providing much-needed support and respite. You'll work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.

We offer a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.

We're looking for individuals with excellent people skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience
  • Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
  • The Right to Work in the UK
