Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced doctor with a strong background in General Practice to join our team as a Clinical Performance Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity to analyse the Clinical Performance of our Clinical Teams across our group of GP Practices, collaborating closely with our Executive Team and Associate Director of Clinical Services.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of General Practice experience and proven experience in mentoring and educational supervision of GPs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis: Track performance against nationally established goals, aiming to standardise processes and achieve gold standard care across our practices.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure that quality is at the heart of everything we do within our surgeries, adhering to our clinical governance framework and supporting our clinical teams in providing high-quality care to our patients.
  • Mentorship and Support: Provide mentorship and support to GPs, addressing concerns and promoting professional growth.
Person Specification
  • An experienced doctor with GP accreditation and over 5 years of General Practice Experience.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and educational supervision of GPs.
  • Understanding of the political agenda and drivers influencing primary care provision.
  • Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Hybrid working arrangements may be available.
