Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Scheduling and Planning Coordinator to join our client, a local housing association. This role will be based in the scheduling department and will work closely with surveyors and subcontractors.

The salary for this position is £14 per hour, with 37 hours worked per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills, working with customers and managers at all levels.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating surveys and any other documents relevant to the case, ensuring all certifications are up-to-date and stored in in-house systems.
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring compliance with financial requirements.
  • Working with surveyors to raise jobs when required, including liaising with subcontractors as necessary.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, using Microsoft programs and in-house database systems to ensure smooth operations.
