Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will provide expert advice on statutory payments and auto-enrolment pensions, maintaining knowledge of HMRC regulations and resolving client issues. A minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management is required, including receiving and processing data, calculating statutory payments, and managing EPS and FPS submissions. Additionally, you will advise clients on auto-enrolment pension schemes and resolve payroll-related issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll for clients with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Provide expert advice on statutory payments and auto-enrolment pensions.
  3. Maintain knowledge of HMRC regulations and resolve client issues.


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. A strong understanding of HMRC regulations and payroll software is essential. You must also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management and be able to advise clients on auto-enrolment pension schemes.
