We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Strategist to join our team at Versende Ltd. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth through the effective use of marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term technical development plans and strategic CRM automations for international clients
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and current technical maturity, provide strategic guidance and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Plan and implement marketing processes in an eCommerce context, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Structure and communicate project proposals in writing and verbally, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing technology, specifically marketing automation tools, building and implementing campaigns, processes automations, and understanding the possibilities of different Marketing technologies and tools
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Klaviyo, Emarsys, and other marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes in an eCommerce context and ability to plan them
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in team leadership and client strategic steering
  • Affinity to work with data and business metrics
