Senior Occupational Therapist Manager

As a key member of our occupational therapy team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, supervising junior staff, and managing the delivery of high-quality care to clients. A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, additional training in neuro-rehabilitation, and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) are essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Occupational Therapy team in delivering high-quality care to clients
- Manage daily operations and supervise junior staff
- Determine rehabilitation programs and discharge/continuing care plans using advanced clinical reasoning
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
