Diagnostic Imaging Director - A Unique Opportunity at Spire St Anthony's
Spire St Anthony's Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Director to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic imaging department, ensuring a smooth service and high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a valid HCPC registration with no restrictions, along with leadership experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our team and contribute to the development of our diagnostic imaging services.
As a Diagnostic Imaging Director at Spire St Anthony's, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for supporting and managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for improving diagnostic imaging services and patient outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team of radiographers and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the diagnostic imaging department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Valid HCPC registration with no restrictions.
- Leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional on-call and weekend shifts.
